By this means you can report situations contrary to the law, including ethical misconduct

PQRS

PETITION (Petición): It’s a request presented verbally or in writing. Everyone has the right to present respectful petitions and to obtain a prompt solution to them.
COMPLAINT (Queja): It’s the means by which the user expresses his dissatisfaction with an official or with the form and conditions in which a service is provided or not.
CLAIM (Reclamo): A request by a user for review of a questionable action by an administrator. For a fair and equitable final decision.
SUGGESTION: Everyone has the right to submit respectful petitions and to obtain a prompt solution to them. A user may make a request verbally or in writing to staff members.
